Can Numuu read all types of Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Shopee emails?
Numuu supports new order, shipping, and cancellation notification emails. For Shopee, email parsing is live. Tokopedia & TikTok Shop now share the same Seller Center in Indonesia, so we handle them together — and their email parsing is still in beta. You can already use Numuu for Tokopedia & TikTok Shop via CSV import today, and by forwarding those emails you help us make it production-ready. Promotional emails and newsletters are never processed as transactions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Source emails are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) and automatically deleted after 30 days. Connections to Numuu servers use HTTPS. We do not share your data with any third parties.
How do I connect my Tokopedia and Shopee accounts?
You don't need to connect any accounts. Simply set up email forwarding from your email to the Numuu address provided during registration. A step-by-step guide is available in the dashboard.
What if the AI reads a transaction incorrectly?
You can correct transaction data anytime via the dashboard. Any email the AI isn't confident about goes to the 'Needs Review' queue for manual confirmation.
